2025 LSTA/LATM Joint Conference: Commercial Exhibitor

Registration

• Commercial Vendor Registration 1-table – $500.00
  You will receive 3 exhibitor badges with a 1-table registration. You can add 1 extra guest at a cost of $10.00 for a total of 4 exhibitor badges.
  
  *Exhibit workers that are not the on-site contact, must fill out a separate membership application form via each organization's website if they would like to become LSTA and LATM members, or they can register as a conference attendee. The on-site contact is the only person that receives LSTA and LATM memberships through the exhibitor registration.
• Commercial Vendor Registration 2-tables – $800.00
  You will receive 5 exhibitor badges with a 2-table registration. You can add 1 extra guest at a cost of $10.00 for a total of 6 exhibitor badges.
