LSTA & LATM are excited to invite your organization to join us as a Commercial Exhibitor at the 2025 LATM/LSTA Joint Conference! The conference will be held at the Baton Rouge River Center on November 6 and 7, and we look forward to having you showcase your products and services to an engaged audience of math and science educators.  

Additional tables, booth space, and memberships for co-workers are available at an extra charge.  

• If you opt to bring a display board, please confirm that you have secured sufficient space for your booth.  
• With any number of table registrations, you may purchase one additional exhibitor badge for $10. 
• A maximum of four exhibitor badges total are allowed for the first table purchased, three included with table cost and one extra allowed with add-on purchase of exhibitor badge.  For additional tables, a maximum of three exhibitor badges total are allowed, two included with the additional table cost and one additional allowed with purchase of additional exhibitor badge.  
• If more than four (first table) or three (additional tables) exhibitor badges are needed, the additional exhibitors can either register as a conference attendee or another table can be purchased.
  
• All exhibit workers must wear a conference name badge.
• If electricity is needed for a booth, the add-on cost is $25.
• Additional lunches can be purchased for $20 each by October 23, 2025.

You may pay for your registration by credit card through our online payment system. If you wish to pay by check, please complete the online registration form, print it, and submit it with your payment to the address provided on the form.

Important Dates & Information:

• Exhibitor Check-In: Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Exhibitor’s Registration Table in the Galleria.

• Exhibit Hall Open:

• • Thursday, November 6, from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

  • Friday, November 7, from 7:30 am – 11:30 am

  • Booth Dismantling: After 11:30 am on Friday

• Shipping & Security Information:
• • Exhibitors are responsible for shipping all materials to their hotel for pickup and transport to the Baton Rouge River Center.  Shipping is also available with Gulf Coast Event Services to deliver the materials to your exhibitor table for an extra cost.  More information on shipping with and additional booth needs will be available once registered.
  • Please note that the River Center does not have storage space for exhibit materials and will refuse to accept shipments.
  • The Exhibitor package from Gulf Coast Event Services will be available soon and available here.
  • The Galleria area will be secure throughout the event. Access to the Galleria will only be granted to those with an official conference badge. We also have security provided during the entire conference to ensure your materials are safe.
• Privacy of attendees contact information:  LSTA and LATM value and take the responsibility of guarding the privacy of our members and conference participants.  We DO NOT provide a list or file of attendee contact information to vendors, however during the conference vendors are welcome to ask participants for their contact information.
• Door Prizes:   We encourage exhibitors to contribute door prizes for our conference participants! If you would like to include a door prize to be given away during the event, please check the appropriate box on your registration form.
  
  

  
  

  Sponsorship Opportunities Include: 

  • Gifts for all conference participants (conference bags, imprinted mugs, special conference pens, thumb drives, or other items with conference or your company logos
  • Remaining sponsorship of the conference app ($1750)
    
  • Sponsorship and naming rights of morning breakfast items on Thursday or Friday. (~$2,500) 
  • Sponsorship and naming rights of Thursday afternoon beverage or snack break. (~$2,500)

   Sponsors will be identified on the LSTA and LATM websites before and after the conference, in the association newsletters, in the pre-conference mail-out, in the conference program app, in the registration area, and during the Outstanding Educator Awards recognition program.
